                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN 
                   AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY COURT OF 
                   CHATTANOOGA AND THE CRIMINAL COURT OF 
                   HAMILTON COUNTY, RELATIVE TO THE 
                   VERIFICATION OF CITY AND STATE ARREST 
                   WARRANTS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Court of the City of 
       Chattanooga be and is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement 
       with the Criminal Court of Hamilton County, relative to the 
       verification of City and State arrest warrants.
